Parents can view all of their contact information by logging into Schooltool. If you do not have a Schooltool parent portal account, you can find out how to request one by clicking here, Parent Portal Information.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
 

HOME ADDRESS

If your home address has changed, please fill out this Change of Address request form.

PHONE NUMBER / EMAIL

If your phone number or email address has changed, please call the main office of your child's school to let them know.

EMERGENCY CONTACTS (CALL ORDER)

There is a place in schooltool, called CALL ORDER, that is used by the district in case of an emergency.  The CALL ORDER lists your child's contacts in the order in which you would like the attempted calls.   

The CALL ORDER is also the driving force for our automated emergency notification system (School Messenger).  The number(s) dialed by this automated service are the numbers listed on the CALL ORDER page.   

It is important that you check your CALL ORDER page in schooltool and call your child's school if changes are necessary.
