Arbiter Facilities Request System

 

 

Thank you for your interest in using the South Jefferson Central School District Facilities! Our buildings are valuable community assets, and we welcome civic and community groups to utilize them for meetings and events. While we make every effort to accommodate all requests, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • Fees: Fees may be charged to offset associated custodial and operational costs.

  • Current Proof of Insurance: Any organization using district facilities must meet our insurance requirements and have a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) on file with the District. You will need to upload a PDF copy during the registration.
  • CPR/AED Certification: Documentation proving that at least one member of your group who will be physically present on the premises during your reserved events holds a valid CPR/AED certification. (Please note: This is now a mandatory requirement under New York State Law for outside groups utilizing school facilities). Please upload document as a PDF under attachments
  • NYS 501(c)(3) Certification: Proof of non-profit status, if applicable to your organization. Please upload document as a PDF under attachments
  • Athletic Fields: Please refer to this map for the specific names of the Clarke Building athletic fields.
  • Event Details: Be as detailed as possible when submitting your request. A district representative may reach out to you if we need additional information.

 

How to Submit a Facilities Request:

  1. Review the Rules: Read our Building Use Form Terms and Conditions before submitting your Facilities Request.
  2. Please visit our Arbiter Facilities Request System
  3. Create an Account: Sign up as a requester, clicking on the BECOME A REQUESTER button.  You will receive a notification once you have been approved as a requester. Please have your insurance and CPR/AED paperwork ready to upload. Your request will be rejected without these documents.
  4. Submit Your Request: Log in and fill out the online facilities request form. You will be notified via email once your specific event request is approved.
