  • 1 of 4 competitive strokes
  • individual medley
  • starts and turns
  • relays
  • core strength & proper stretching
  • dry-land exercises

 Bring with you
 each day: 
  • swimsuit   (girls, one piece please)
  • goggles
  • swimcap
  • water bottle
  • towel
  • flipflops/sandals
  • a bag for all the above itmes
  • please label all personal items
  • dry-land clothes (t-shirt, sneakers
     and shorts)
