Awards:
Ribbons will be awarded to all participants in all races.  T-shirts 1-7 in modified races, 1-12 in the varsity races and to the winning teams in the varsity races (no duplicates).
 

Course:
The course consists of 12’ wide mowed grass trails, school athletic fields, and fine gravel paths, with flat to hilly terrain.  Spikes are allowed. 
Please remind your athletes that spikes are not allowed in the building.

The varsity course is 3.1 miles and the modified is 1.95.
 

Entry Fee:
The entry fee is $70 per school (both boys and girls); $35 for schools with only a boys or girls team.  Please send entry form with voucher or check payable to:

Ø      Each runner will receive a race tag which must be worn on the front of the uniform.  Coaches will need to fill out the tags for their team(s), so plan accordingly time wise!
Ø      Athletes winning a t-shirt will be given a coupon at the finish for their t-shirt – NO COUPON, NO T-SHIRT.  Coaches of winning teams can pick up t-shirts at the scoring window in the back of the school.
Ø      Check in and hospitality area for all coaches and bus drivers will be the Middle school cafeteria in the back of the school.  Coaches meeting at 9:45 near the finish chute to cover any last minute details.

Concessions:
A concession stand operated by the South Jefferson Booster Club will be available to coaches, athletes, and spectators
