Team Swimming Clinic

Open to Girls and Boys in grades 4 - 6
for the 2010-11 school year - Clinic is limited to the first 30 swimmers
 


Pre-requisite for Pre-Swim Team Clinic:
Participant has to be able to swim
one length of the pool (25 yards)

Clinic Location:

South Jefferson Middle School Pool
Clarke Middle School Building

Clinic Dates:

August 2nd, 4th, 9th, 10th & 11th

Clinic Time:

9:00 am - 10:30 am

Clinic Daily Focus:
  • 1 of 4 competitive strokes: backstroke breaststroke, butterfly & freestyle
  • starts and turns
  • relays
  • proper warm up and stretching

 Bring with you
 each day: 
  • swimsuit   (girls, one piece please)
  • goggles
  • swimcap
  • water bottle
  • towel
  • flipflops/sandals
  • a bag for all the above itmes
  • please label all personal items
Spartan Swimming was established in 2007.  In 2010 we expect to continue our success with our modified & varsity teams and diving.
